Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati - Transfer to Shillong

Arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati and meet your tour representative. Transfer to Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya. En route, visit the Umiam Lake, also known as Barapani, and enjoy the scenic beauty. Check in to your hotel in Shillong and relax. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 2: Shillong Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Shillong. Visit the Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures to learn about the rich tribal heritage of the region. Explore the charming Lady Hydari Park and the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians. Shop for local handicrafts and souvenirs at the bustling markets of Shillong, including Police Bazaar and Bara Bazaar. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 3: Cherrapunji Excursion

After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Cherrapunji, known as the "Land of Living Root Bridges" and one of the wettest places on Earth. Visit the Nohkalikai Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. Explore the Mawsmai Caves, formed out of limestone, and marvel at the natural formations. Visit the Double Decker Living Root Bridge in the village of Nongriat and enjoy a short trek through lush green forests. Return to Shillong in the evening. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 4: Mawlynnong - Dawki Excursion

After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Mawlynnong and Dawki. Visit Mawlynnong, known as the "Cleanest Village in Asia," and admire the well-maintained gardens and cleanliness initiatives. Explore the Living Root Bridge and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Proceed to Dawki and experience the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River, famous for its boating and river activities. Return to Shillong in the evening.

Day 5: Nongpoh - Jowai Excursion

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Jowai. En route, visit Nongpoh and explore the scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere. In Jowai, visit the picturesque Krang Suri Waterfall and take a refreshing dip in its turquoise waters. Explore the quaint town of Jowai and interact with the local tribal communities. Day 6: Mawsynram - Shnongpdeng Excursion

After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Mawsynram and Shnongpdeng. Visit Mawsynram, officially the wettest place on Earth, and witness the unique landscape and cascading waterfalls. Drive to Shnongpdeng and enjoy adventure activities like kayaking, boating, and zip-lining on the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Day 7: Departure from Guwahati
